    I am continuing on to 225. I am not about to quit after the first quarter. The rough road is still ahead of me. I want to get back down to 225 and then begin adding more and more lean mass. I want to be at 230-235 by the first of September.

    I have been training 1-2 bodyparts per day 5 to 6 times a week. I do 20-30 minutes of cardio after I lift, usually on the eliptical machine where I can see my HR good. I try to keep it around 140+ for the majority of the time during cardio. I usually lift for an hour or hour and half. I have been doing abs every day, skipping a day here and there. I mix it up with the weights though, somedays I go heavy and somedays go a little lighter.... Lately, I have been going more heavy than light because I want to try and gain some mass while losing fat, although my diet is not going to help me with the mass part.

    Late night craving... I collapsed. I was hungry at around 11pm and snagged a peanut butter sandwich. Didn't use that much peanut butter and used wheat bread.

    I have to go this low. I really am not hungry, and I am taking in a substantial amount of protein. I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is naturally slow and it is usually very hard for me to lose weight. When I do this diet, I am able to lose weight effectively. At least for now.

    I try to stay between 1800 and 2000, and I never feel deprived. I haven't noticed any muscle loss either. Just keep the protein up and you should be golden.

    There is no way to cut without any muscle loss.

    I have gained muscle mass since I started this program. Since September my biceps have gone from 17.5 to 19.5 inches. My forearms, calves, and thighs have also significantly increased in size.

    Going to have to agree with Chris on this one... I do think it is possible as long as you are getting enough protein as well as a little amount of carbs. I am sure I will see improvements when I do my measurements next month.

    Awww man... by far one of the best in my book. Sausage, Egg, and Cheese all on a freshly toasted muffin. Except the muffin is 100x better than anything gotten from burger king or mcdonalds... definately a must try. I am spoiled by them, nothing else seems to match up.

    Ok... so I got ****faced last night... Starting drinking around 11 and just pounded shots and beers... 1st time drinking in a while... I felt like **** today, came home, got in the pool, layed on a float and fell asleep in the middle of the day. Needless to say, I got owned by the sun. Did not really keep track of meals today, but I did not eat bad.... Ate reasonable rations and nothing horrible for me.
