Anybody experience this with Xtend? it actually burns my throat and makes it a little sore for awhile. Burns my tounge also.

First I've ever heard of this. I've heard of "overpowering" flavor, but never a burning sensation.

I get a mild burning sensation in my throat as well if I do not dilute it enough. It seems to happen more so with watermelon, which I think is terrible, than with grape which I think is pretty okay. Dilute it some more like people have said and it should go away.

on the bottle of xtend is says use 16oz of water i believe but that shouldnt matter ive been using it 3 scoops during workout with like 18oz and have only expirenced a tasty beverage =)

I don't know about the burning sensation in the throat.. but once I had a little cut on my lip and it would sting when I took a sip.

I just started using Xtend yesterday and woke up with a sore throat... Maybe I'm also not using enough water...

I'm experiencing a sore throat with this stuff too! I LOVE the taste (watermelon) but notice a slight irritation when I drink it and today I woke up with a sore throat. I'm gonna try diluting it more I guess

That's what I was thinking too. Happened to me with many different supps because I had a bad habit of chugging all my supps, shakes, etc. Dr called it Gastroeso****eal reflux disease (GERD). I just started working out in the evening instead of morning, and I am getting the same problem with my throat burning, I think it might have something to do with how long the BCAA has been mixed, since I mix it in the morning and drink it in the evening

Same here. I've had it mixed even overnight some times and nothing abnormal going on.
