I finished a cycle of animal cuts a few weeks ago. I first would like to say that i really enjoyed this product(used it for 5 cycles) but i have began to plateau in my fat reduction. So I decided to change to hydroxycut hardcore for my next cycle as well as a 30 minute interval cardio workout instead of a 30 minute heartrate cardio(stayed between 60-80% max heart rate) routine.
My stack looked something like this:
-hydroxycut hardcore
-animal pump
-cytogain protein. 4 scoops after workout, 2 before bed(not 4 scoops 3 times a day as recommeded on bottle)
-3g creatine after workout(cytogain already has 3g per serving)
I weigh 167 am 5'10 and my overall goals are 1)cut as much fat as possible 2)continue to gain lean muscle
How would you rate my stack and what could i change/add?
yes sir... i have heard an animal rep say that the 3g of creatine in animal pump was an adequate amount, so you would probably just be pissing away excess creatine if you took the extra 3g.
