Awesome. Squatting has always been a struggle for me. I was amazed the last few months I had actually been really increasing in my squats. It sucks though I have finally plateaued a couple of weeks ago.

the show was good, looked sold out and everyone was into it which was cool. played all the hits too.

i feel better, now just tired from only getting about 5 hrs of sleep last night

Sort of pissed about a good thing right now. Every year for the last 5 I've watched the Tour de France. This year I'm going to be working out of town all 3 weeks of the Tour. To save some money I'm going to be staying at a camp ground, so no TV for me. Best I'll be able to do is watch the Sunday recap.

Work is a good thing, but man....
