He didn't. Actually, we didn't do that much drinking anyway. Mo, Dura and I went down to JJ's (a couple hundred yards down the beach from the house) and got blitzed while talking onr night, but other than that, it was just a beer and a tequila shot here and there. No biggie.

so i have come to have some real disdane for this one partner. he came aboard not too long ago and asked for some help on some issues, all non-billable. i did him a favor to get it done and did not receive so much as a thanks from him.
then he recruited my in on another project, he was annoying to work with, but mostly on the sidelines, so it was bearable.
now on this project, he told my department head that he could not spare two days of my time to go to Denver for another project bc he had way too much work for me to do for him. of which i finished 90% of it as of last thursday and just need to write a few page memo of finding. just talked to him, no more to do. and while i plead with my department head that i could easily handle both projects, in an effort not to piss anyone off, they are sending another, arguably incompetent, associate to Denver f-ing ass hole

actually, he is fruity... i was thinking about introducing him to TE
yeah, i hear ya. funny thing is, i really don't need the hours, i am good for this year (fiscal year ends oct. 1). it is just really annoying bc the guy running the denver project is one of my closer friends here and we would have a good time working all day and partying all night. plus, i am annoyed that i have not been able to travel for work in the 2 years since i have been here.

Man! I took some time off from the boards, and I have to say the RANT thread has really come into its own. I remember when it was first posted *sighs* Holla back was an idiot, yes, but apparently he was an idiot with a gift for catchy threads.
Back on the boards after a short break.
John McCann is my hero.
