I've been hitting it hard the last few months trying to gain some mass, but lose bodyfat as well. I'm going to do a 8 week cut to get some defintion in my soggy midsection. My diet has been working well to allow me to lose BF without losing muscle, so I'm going to stick with that for a month, and just really bump up the cardio, and re-evaluate in December. Here are a few pics of my progress so far. I'll post again after those 8 weeks. Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting the side by side comparison. I guess there is some change.
Red: I started thinking about getting in shape in January, and worked out for about a month. Baby arrived in Feb, so I took a break for a while and then hit it consistently in June when I had time during the summer to get in shape.

well here I am a month later. Not muich change at all. Between msyelf and the kids being sick, I missed a LOT of gym time. Need some advice from you guys. I have been try to lean up, and drop some BF% so I can get some visible abs. Do you guys think I am close enough that I should continue another month or so, or should I change gears and bulk a while and then lean up in spring? I feel as though I have been losing strength and mass since I started this a couple months ago. I want to get to my goals of finally having 'abs', but not sure what steps I should take next. Thanks!
