    these are all work sets.

    squats- 4 sets
    leg press- 3 sets
    hack squats- 3 sets
    lunge with 40lb db across gym super setted with leg extentions- 3 sets.

    i am dead after this and sometimes get light headded but i have grown off of it. out of 4 weeks i do this three times and take one week light, mainly leg press, leg extention, and front squats.

    My leg routine for HST includes romain deadlifts, leg press machine, calf raises in leg press machine. In the past I've done squats, seated leg curls, lying leg curls, seated calf raises, lunges, (that's all I can think of for now). Don't neglect legs, they are important. Squats and deads really improve overall strength.

    P-chain work. I'm now just understanding the importance of it, and I think it should be included in any type of training whether it be powerlifting or bodybuilding.

    I know - most people usually need more sets for their calves, but I've always found that mine respond very well to just 3 sets a week.

    I just do reg leg extensions curls presses and do calf raises then after i go on the stair master (works your calfs like a mother) i know mine sucks but its still like 2nd month of working out and this has worked for me

    Uhhh... dude deadlifts are for your lower back, unless you are doing stiff legged deads which work the hamstrings but it still works the lower back.
