Okay. What does everybody think about the 1kg rule? I like it, it makes people more willing to go for records, since they 1 kilo isn't a very drastic jump. And what does everybody think about the new small Eleiko plates that go outside the collars? I think they look kind of crappy. I wish they wouldn't use them at the big comps.

Anyways, anybody have a good idea of what sections to post in? I want to put it in several where we'll get good responses and more people to come here, I have already posted in teen earlier today, and exercise and sports training.There is no reason to live if you cannot do the deadlift
