Following a balanced workout and diet routine, will NOT cause anger issues. If anything, it will make you calmer and more at ease with yourself, and the world around you.
If the issue is not psychological, you might want to look into your diet/supplement routine - Stuff you ingest, very directly affects your body's physiology, so if something is upsetting your body's hormone/chemical balance, then it can very cause you to become short tempered.
Additionally, chronic fatigue can also contribute to developing anger...if that is the case, you may want to reduce the intensity of your workouts.
In any case, psychological anger is NOT a normal state of being for anyone, and you should look into what is causing it in your case, ASAP!
