    How do you wrap your knees, The Cross Method or The Spiral method?

    Cross being crossed like an x accross your knee or the spiral being wrapped around the knee starting below the knee and spiralling around until it's above the knee.

    If you used both, which did u like better?

    I use the spiral method. I've experimented with the crisscross before and didn't like how it felt. I suppose if I'd used the crisscross from day 1 I'd feel more comfortable with it. I've never seen anyone at a meet use a criss cross. Everyone uses spirals.

    I spiral once from bottom to top, and than any extra knee wrap gets done up in an x accross my knee.
