does it matter if i drink a gallon of water through out the day or if i drink like 32-64 ounces in about 10 minutes?

You Have To Drink Water Throughout The Day. If You Drink It Throughout The Day It Will Clear Out More Of The Excess Sodium And Other Junk In You Body.

Sit back and think about it.... do you eat all 4000 Calories in 10 minutes? no, your body needs time to process the stuff you put into it. Drink the water periodically throughout the day.

If you drink that much in ten minutes, most of it will get dumped into the bowel, and filtered throught the kidneys, It wouldn't be well utilized by the body to hydrate you, whereas drinking smaller amounts through the day allows you to utilize the water better

I drink about 1/2 to 2/3 gallon of milk a day, a carton of orange juice a week, and more water than I can keep track of.Originally Posted by s5nake5
