how did you get 37 grams of protein from 5 eggwhites and 1 cup of oatmeal?? eggwhites only have 3 grams protein each.

One major suggestion would be to make sure that every meal is pretty even with the others. In other words, no 80 calorie meals and 440 calorie meals... Even all of them out to be the same calorically.
My other suggestion would be to talk intelligently and not use words like "yo" when ever possible. It makes a person sound stupid even when they are not.A noble spirit embiggens the smallest man.
