Besides dips.. what else works the lower area of the chest?
This is off topic but, while squatting i held the barbell behind my neck... and i think it putt too much pressure because it's hurting whenever i touch it. Should I get it checked out? It doesn't hurt when i move it only when i touch it... and also where are you supposed to rest it exactly?

do you have traps??
rest it on your traps(bottom of your neck), not on your bones, NOT on your neck. at first it may be uncomfortable or a little painful but you will get used to it soon. i can now put over 300 pounds for as long as i want and it feels like nothing very natural, make sure you put it on your skin. if you train at home that's even better, go shirtless, it's fun
decline also works your lower chest.-Mortality-
