Ok so I have been on one beta and 4aderm at the maximum dosage now for about a week, as of yesterday I have noticed Im getting very moody. Not like aggresive like I thought if anything would happen it would be this, but like I take things overally hard that people say like I am more sensitive. Kind of like I am depressed a lot is this a normal side affect? If so how can I combat this. As you can imagine it is pretty annoying being depressed a lot and I feel bad for my girlfriend because Im on an emotional rollercoaster. Hey this must be like what PMS is like. Anyways any help would be appreciated.

dude you just gotta control it, we've all been through that, i treated my g/f like **** and made her cry all the time, and i totally regret it, and i realized how much of a dick i was being and if you know you're doing it you can usualaly stop =) yeah my roomie called me a "sensitive bitch" on this stuff, it happens bro. I think murph man was the one who had some depression problems w/ this stuff, i can't quite recall but i guess you can PM him and ask him about that, he's a good bro, and if its not him i'm sure he remembers on who it was.

Well at least your getting something, 14 days on One @6 squirts twice a day and so far nothing at all? Had a hard time sleeping for about three days, days 6-9 but that want away and I am sleeping fine now.

Yep 1500 more cals a day putting on fat that is for sure, and added more sets, think I may try 18 squrits a day if what does not work then?? well then I give up.

dude....i saw my best results 4th and 5th week....most people see the best results 3rd and 4th week. ..hang in there man, and keep checking your weight also, a lot of times you can't just tell by looking in the mirror, are you applying the stuff right after a shower to the thinnest parts of your body?

When I get up and in the eve after a shower, to the some body parts in see other guys useing, behind the knees, inside of elbows and forearms. Eating 3800-4000 cals a day.

apply it to your chest also...how the hell do you apply so much to such little bodyparts? and rotate site bewteen day and night...i also applied it to the front of my shoulders and my traps since i found the skin there to be really thin also.

I do use it on chest from time to time. I just rub it in like hell and my skin soaks up.

man my libido is off and on not like it use to be I use a bunch of 4aderm. I am being nice to my girl I think I am just being hella sappy. Than I get pissed at other guys a lot to, especially when they look at my girlfriend. It use to not bother me as much I mean she is good looking and its natural for people to look but now I get mad I feel like I am 16 and jealous and stuff.

just learn to control your emotions and you should be fine....let all your anger out in the gym!

with me i'd keep it all inside of me for a long time, and then some random person would say the wrong thing and i'm compeletely flip lol =)
