I workout 3-4 times a week, and do cardio 6 times a week. I don't have much carbs in my diet except for 2-3 meals per day with complex carbs. I some times have a whole skinless chicken for one of my meals with salad, is this too excessive in terms of fat/calories? I read that the body is not as effective storing protein as fat so I figured it shouldn't be a big deal, anyone have experience with eating whole chickens ? reps for good info.

What are your goals? If you are trying to drop weight portion control is one of the most important things in your diet. I don't think a full chicken NEVERMIND you are also eating salad in addition to it would be a good idea. Skinless chicken is good for you YES but even too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
You def do workout a good amount so if it was on a high workout day where you burn a lot of calories it might not even affect you much!!

I agree with vipergq. That is way too many calories , both protein & fat, for one sitting.
If you are cutting you should stick to the chicken breasts, lots of veggies(raw & steamed), complex carbs such as oatmeal, brown rice, etc.. (best after a workout) , Lots of water 1-1.5 gallons.
Eat 6-7 times a day.(smaller meals but more frequently)
Good Luck

There nothing wrong with eating a whole chicken as long as you split it up over several meals. Our bodies are not equipped to efficiently handle that much food at one sitting. You may want to try eating a quarter at a time (breast and wing for one meal, leg and thigh for another and so on).
BTW, I have eaten a whole chicken at one sitting and I felt pretty bloated and stuffed for about 5 hours afterwards.

I think u shall stick to breasts only when it comes to chicken
100 Grams of chicken leg has 27 grams protein and 8 grams fat
100 Grams of chicken breats has 31 grams protein and 4 grams of fat.
why u waste calories on saturated fats in the expense of the tasty rich of fiber ,testoterone booster almondshttps://www.egyfitness.com

No like i said i ate over a full chicken a day so there is no way i could starve myself based on that fact i also ate toast soup and eggs throughout the day as well. I lost alot of weight because i did alot of cardio and my diet before was soooooo bad that anything i eat now is nothing compared to what i did. And like i said chicken is perfect i eat it till im stuffed and still know ill lose weight regardless plus the protein helps alot.
