    Percentage of Carbs/Fat/Protein per day?

Currently my goal right now is to lose weight through dieting. I only work out one day a week due to my schedule and am looking to lose weight over time if I am not going to be able to get in the gym at least three days a week.

I was wondering if anyone knew the formula for daily caloric intake as per bodyweight and what percentage of carbs, fats, and proteins should intake if I am trying to maintain optimum muscle and lose optimum fat strictly through dieting means.

    Thanks
My steroid cycles? Deadlift and Squat once a week, every week.

I'm currently using 50/30/20 (protein/carbs/fats) and it's working nicely for losing fat.

Ya, that's a great cutting ratio, much better than a 40/40/20 for cutting.

    Thanks

Thanks, is that ratio good for no to light cardio activity? Strictly dieting with one day of weight training.
