I think this has been my most amazing gain in size that I've ever had before. When I measured my arms in late May last month, my biceps were at 13" exactly..now I measured them today (been hittin the gym alot lately) and they were at 14.1 inches..I'm so happy! Would you guys consider this to be a nice gain for someone my age? (17). I've been training crucially lately and I want my arms to get up to 16" by next year.

sorry formula left the house for a while. thanks for the compliment though, greatly appreciated. well 30 pound weights certainly limit you for exercises, however you can do dumbell press (off a sofa or anything, ive done it) military presses, hammer curls, concentration curls, one arm preacher curls, tricep extensions behind the head, weighted crunches, weighted 6-inches, pushups, pullups, etc etc and get a good workout using your bodyweight and those dumbells.

Haha thanks for all the comments..well for the past month I've been drinking water and takin in whey protein non-stop..I've also been training extremely hard lately..I am sore 24/7 now but I love it! =]
I just do more and more weight on my biceps, no matter how much it hurts..I warm up with the 7's routine (on a 40 pound barbell) then I do some heavy weights right after. I also train on all other parts of my arms really hard as well, and switch days for biceps and triceps/chest, etc.
On monday I will do some more bicep workouts and I plan on taking N.O. explode, omg that is some BAAADDDD (ass) ****!! I got a free sample from a new retailer here in town and all I can say is wow..some great ****. I pushed 274 on the iso-later wide bench press..I've never done that much weight before ;]Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.

No-xplode has such little amounts of creatine, it doesn't even count. It has worked for me, or maybe its just the amount I work out is what has worked for me.
Just FYI at our height getting past 14.5ish is so incredibly hard. I am in the exact same situation, couple years ago I was at 12 and now I am at 14.6 and it won't budge(for the last 3 months). I went up an 1.25 inches from january to april but it has pretty much stopped growing. I was getting stronger up until 2 weeks ago when a muscle in my forearm tore or got strained(I forgot what the doctor said exactly). Getting to 16 will take years and years. Don't expect to be gaining at the rate you are now.

Haha thanks for the feedback guys. foxshox, tell me about it, it's already been insane how hard it's been to just get up to 14 inches..I was stuck at the same size for 4 months..I don't really know what caused me to get bigger all of a sudden...could also be all the sleep I'm getting because of the summer, I didn't really make any gains last semester, and I only got around 5-7 (max) hours of sleep every night..now I get about 8-10 so I'm doin great ;]
I'm thinking about taking Universal Torrent, it looks pretty promising but I don't know how much bigger it will get me with my weight training.
Oh, and I take creatine post-workout..I started taking pre-workout (about an hour or so before) but it's actually been good so far..but I gotta drink so much water..I keep sweating my ass off no matter where I'm at. My friend Tim is 5'7" and his arms are MASSIVE..I've only worked out with him at the gym one time so far, but he showed me some stuff that he does to build up his arms pretty good. He just says he gets alot of protein and rest in.Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.

Yeah I take noxplode off and on, and protein ALWAYS post workout. Also working on triceps will really get your arms huge.
The one thing I love about having this size biceps at our height is pullups. I can just go up there and pump out 30 wide grip pull ups at the end of my workout. Its the one and pretty much only thing I have over the huge guys at the gym haha.

Haha the most amount of pullups I've ever done straight is 20..my problem with wide armed stuff is that my chest just isn't developed enough yet. I want to improve on my pecs more than anything, mainly so I can bench more and what not.
Oh, and to mention forearm injuries, I hurt mine like 3 times before (late last year). I couldn't lift anything with my arms for about 2-4 weeks everytime it happened..I injured both my forearms by trying to do too much weight on my reverse military presses..it killed my arms lol (you could feel how the muscle was seperated from the tendon when I tore it).Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.

Well wide grip pullups is mostly lats.. and since the first thing I started doing was pull ups, I got good lat development(without even knowing it) early on. I found out like 2 months in that wide grip pullups is more back then bicep, and when I looked in the mirror my back was pretty defined much to my surprise.
This forearm injury is really ****ing with my head. I was literally going to he gym every day for 6 months straight, and then i had to stop completely for 2 weeks( it still hurts but I work through it) and now I've gotten sore for the first time in like 4 months, and it feels weird as ****.

Measure it flexed ;]
I want my triceps to get huge..I've been working on them and my chest really hard lately..I wanna work on my chest more than anything. OMG I could barely bench 100 pounds with my arms really far apart..I don't understand how I can bench about 215 with my hands kinda close together..Keep it weird, grow a beard, and grab a gun.
