I’m 15 almost 16 and I’ve been working out a few years and I feel like my legs (mainly just my quads) are smaller than they should be compared to my upper body. I don’t ever skip leg day, I do eat enough, and I feel like I have a pretty well rounded leg routine. What do you think could help my situation? Maybe a new leg day routine?

treadmill
this is my opinion...
To avoid discomfort or injury when running on a treadmill, make sure you wear supportive and properly fitting athletic shorts or leggings. These garments are designed to keep your anatomy secure and prevent chafing or discomfort. Additionally, consider using compression shorts or boxer briefs that provide extra support. Adjusting the placement of your genitals within your underwear can also help minimize discomfort while running. If you're still experiencing issues, experimenting with different types of athletic wear and undergarments may be necessary to find what works best for you.

This is my prospective ...
f you feel like your quads are lagging behind your upper body, it's a good idea to reassess and potentially modify your leg day routine. Ensure you are incorporating compound exercises like squats, lunges, leg presses, and deadlifts, which target multiple leg muscles. Additionally, focus on progressive overload by gradually increasing the weight, reps, or intensity of your leg workouts. Don't forget to prioritize recovery with adequate rest, nutrition, and sleep. Consider consulting with a fitness trainer or coach who can provide personalized guidance to help you achieve balanced muscle development in your legs.

Hi all, I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this but giving it a shot. Have any of you all ever dislocated your shoulder? I suffered from a posterior shoulder dislocation last week in the gym. I made a horrible mistake while doing overhead dumbbell shoulder press and my left arm went back.... pop, there goes my shoulder. I am so mad at myself for doing this - I am an experienced lifter, ex personal trainer, and I have been training in the gym for a bodybuilding competition for a long time.... So the hate I have for myself right now is strong. Question is, what are the odds now that I am going to have to live in fear for the rest of my life that it will dislocate again? I am on day 9 of keeping it (mostly) immobilized in a sling before my first PT session on this upcoming Monday. The pain is significantly less now but still get twinges of pain when moving it too much. Will I ever be able to lift normally again? Heavy weights? Will my workouts ever be the same? Any advice and information is much appreciated because this is stressing me out and I feel like I have completely ruined my life (face palm). I am also praying I don't need surgery. Lifting/exercise/hiking, etc., are my life.... and help to keep me sane and out of a depressed state...so I am feeling incredibly lost right now. I do not want to have to deal with my shoulder dislocating again and have to always worry about it happening. Please help! Thank you all...
