I have heard from some sources that fat free yogurts are bad for you. I have been eating ones that are about 80 calories, 8g protein, 11g carbs, and I think like 7g sugars once or twice a day. Is this bad at all?

honestly, I think they are fine...a lot of guys might bawk at the sugar content. My yogurt is the Dannon Fruit on the Bottom. It's healthy, has 150 calories, a gram and a half of fat and good protein...it just depends how intense you are with your body.
