In your guy's opinion, is it better to lock out during pushing exercises for the upper body (mainly with reference to Bench Press and Shoulder Press), or pull up just short of lockout?
Moreover, does it matter how low you go? With benching I don't have this problem, however, during military press and db shoulder presses, I am not always totally sure how low I should bring my elbows. Is 90 degrees sufficient?
