Talking List food you hate but eat anyway?

I never liked cottage cheese but since it;'s a good source of casein I et it a bedtime, with some heavy cream to dull the taste.

I''m sick of tuna but it's convenient and of course high protein. I'll switch up when I've got a good alternative

I got brazil nuts for the selenium and other nutrients but they taste like sawdust.

Oyyyy, this healthy eating is harder than the lifting

    Over to you....
    LIFT. EAT. REST. REPEAT.

Chicken breast...I'm so sick of it, but I eat it, I sometimes start chewing it and spit it out cause it just does not taste good. I try to make it different everytime, and Im starting to cook a lot more different types of lean meat. I just hate the thick chewy chicken breasts...Ughh

I'm getting real sick of my grilled chicken breasts... I can't ever get them to be nearly as tender or tasty as anybody else. I'm convinced it is the foreman grill, but I can't get rid of it out of convenience for myself since it cooks relatively fast.

None. There's no one thing you HAVE to eat, and there's enough variety out there that you can substitute it for something you like or prepare it in a way that tastes better. I tend to think a lot of bbers are a bit masochistic with things like tuna, cottage cheese, and oats (all of which I like, but if I didn't I could find something else, and you can bet I still mix things up.)

When I get round to finding another source of casein, I'll give the the cottage cheese. I don't want to buy another milkshake.

I have a love-hate relationship with tuna: it's quick and easy but the texture gets on my nerves.

I already have the brazil nuts so I'll finish them and it's not as if they're doing me any harm.

Apart from those things I enjoy what I eat.

Just about any kind of fat free or reduced fat cheese will suffice. Melt some low fat cheddar on some spinach in the microwave, mix it up, and eat it. There's no golden rule that says you need casein before bed. As long as you get slow digesting protein, like a fatty cut of meat, that'll work just as well.
