    08/04/2010- Gained 1lb from 157-158

    Meal 1 - 2 eggs + sprinkle of cheese

    Snack 1 - 1/4cup almonds

    Meal 2 - Ground Turkey

    Snack 2 - String Cheese + Few pieces of beef jerky

    Meal 3 - 4oz steak + Romaine Lettuce

    PWO - Body Fortress Whey

    Haven't broken it down yet have to go to work

    Workout: Chest + Triceps
    Incline DB press 5X5
    Tricep pulldown 5X5
    Flat DB press 5X5
    Skull Crushers 5X5
    DB Fly's 5X5
    Tricep Extensions 5X5
    Dips - failure

    Cardio: 10 min elliptical - slow speed/high resistance
    15 min treadmil - " "
