Haven't broken it down yet have to go to work
Workout: Chest + Triceps
Incline DB press 5X5
Tricep pulldown 5X5
Flat DB press 5X5
Skull Crushers 5X5
DB Fly's 5X5
Tricep Extensions 5X5
Dips - failure
Cardio: 10 min elliptical - slow speed/high resistance
15 min treadmil - " "
