So I’m 12 years old and I weigh 45kg and I am not skinny I have love handles and quite a belly and I want to lose it I have been eating healthy for like a month and lose 2kg I weigh 43 kg now and I see no difference and want to know if I need to incorporate excersize to eating healthy and how much exercise I want to lose love handles and my belly and be skinny to get girls in my year

Sorry we don't offer weight loss advice to minors. By all means lift weights and join your school gym if they have one - but the last thing you need is a diet. Just eat what your parents cook for you and get plenty of fruit and vegetables.
