This question is always going through my mind. I work each body part 1 time a week. It's all I have time for with my schedule. My question is, when you work back, do you work both width and thickness or have a width day and a thickness day? I always add in 1-2 width exercise on thickness days and 1-2 thickness exercises on width days.

I do back width and thickness on the same day. Warm up each and only 1 exercise per. 3 sets, or more accurately 1 rest pause set consisting of 3 total sets.
It's an older routine, but I'd been cycling on and off it for about 3 years now, and have had great results. Strictly for gaining mass. Disregard the "50lbs in 12 months" chit, obviously someone who already lifts wont have those results.
