Double Action Ephedrine! With Guaifenesin?

Sorry i know there has been alot of ephedrine post but i need to make sure what im taking is not harmful. I found this Double Action Ephedrine at a gas station. It has 60 pills for like 8 dollars. It has 25mg of ephedrine HCL and 200mg of Guaifenesin which they are saying is an Expectorant. My question is, is Guaifenesin safe to be taking on a regular basis like pre workout. Does anyone really know what this stuff is. To me it just sounds like some herb that probably has a small affect , but rather safe than sorry eh. I took one today with a 200mg of caffein and i was pleased with the results i just need to make sure that it is not harmful to be taking Guaifenesin on a regular basis. Thanks

ok i just did a search of guaifenesin and it seems like it shouldnt really be a problem to take regularly but has anyone had any personal experience with it? Also i read that it might act as a muscle relaxer...wouldnt that be bad for working out ?

yah i thought 60 tabs x 25mg for 7.99 seemed like a good deal. I just gotta make sure this guaifenensin stuff isnt gonna fuk with me lol.

DAMNT ..just did deeper search and turns out this guaifenesin is not good to take (for energy) after all. Guess im just gonna half to order some bolt or vasopro online. Damn thought i got lucky lol.

Vasopro has guaifenesin in it too. Some people say it has no adverse effects, while others claim a little bit of sleepiness because it is a muscle relaxer. I will be taking vasopro in a week and I'll let you know how it works for me.

really i didnt know that vasopro had guaifenesin in it. I took that double action ephedrine today and felt pumped but then i started to feel stoned when i got home.. i was like zoning out on the computer screen. My muscle felt kinda crampy actually but who knows lol. I dont wanna hurt my gains by using this stuff but i hate to throw it out. I think ill try it out a couple more times and do alittle more research before making a decision. thanks for the help
