what number do you calc your calories against

    lets say, Im at 220 X 12 = 2400 - 500 = 1900

so I would have to eat 1900cals per day to lose fat

now I see some people do that vs 15
    so 220 X 15 =3300 - 500 = 2800

you guys see there is a 900 calories difference there so what is it

I think than I should range between eating 1900 and 2800 cals, lately I have been eating around 2000 cals and its killing me

    reps for good answers

    well depends on your lifestyle.
rate how hard your normal daily lifestyle is on a scale
    of 1 to 6
1 being the easiest and 6 being the hardest

    1Sedentary
    2Light, (i.e. walking)
3 Moderate (30 minutes per day, 3 time a week)
4 Active (1 hour per day, 5 time per week)
5 Very active (2 hours per day, 5 time per week)
6 Heavy weight training or twice a day exercise.

    now once you've done that
multiply your weight by 10 to 16
    - 500 calories
and exercise up to but not beyond 500 calories.

you can also calculate by .5 i.e 12.5 for light walking work with 3 days 30 mins cardio per week.

    hope that helps
