Hey guys.. Long time... I was curious (probably a dumb question) if I take fiber pills or a fiber supplement before a meal that contains carbs like a Cheeseburger, will the fiber I consumed prior to the meal offset the carbs I will consume during the meal? Or does the fiber have to be integrated in the food item in order for it to eliminate the Carb?
The reason I ask this is it's a lot easier for me to grab a burger on the go and swallow it down with a fiber pill rather than having to prepare my food prior to my day... I'm a on the go person and i'm tired of the same ol same ol beef jerky and cheese sticks.
