Left bicep way smaller than right

Hey guys, need help. My right bicep peaks alot higher and is overall bigger. I was just wondering, when i have off days on my workout would it be a good idea to just do dumbell curls on my left arm or what would be good? If you look at my pics you will see the size difference. Thanks in advance.

its def noticeable but not a good idea to work the left on its own... things should even themselves out just keep to your routine

i know why it's bigger...haha jk man, i actually had that problem cuz i play guitar so my right arm always works when my left doesn't do much. just keep going, like that other dude said, with dumbells and things will start to even out.

When I had broke my right arm once and finally got the cast off, the doc told me that if I worked out each arm equally with something like dumbells that the right arm would eventually catch up.

You will find that even if you do work one separate arm only it will never become as big and and defined as your dominate arm unless you have really good genetics. But i think you have the same case as myself.

I'm left handed and i had the same case so tried working out my right arm twice a week once with left arm and then on a separate day i would only do my right arm. My right arm became stronger then my left which i thought was kinda funny. But yet the size of it was still smaller and less defined then my left. I wouldn't worry about it.

Every notices slight differences on there own body but if you go up to someone and just ask they won't notice unless they are looking for the differences.

    Hope this helps

may sound stupid. But what I did to solve the problem was to put an extra 2.5lb on the left side of a barbell. It helps you focus on the left arm.

The reason your dominant arm is bigger is because yo udo more daily tasks. Personally I try to do as many daily tasks with my left arm. Also try to do more barbell curls. If you use your bigger arm along with your smaller arm, they will work together and even out.
