    Red face 25-50-100?

    Doing reps of 25-50-100 are not good for bodybuilders rite sum1 tried to tell me doing reps of 25-50-100 are good

    there is a bodybuilder that i know of that does that kinda thing like 100 reps i cant remember his name right now though but i think that it is pretty dumb

    for endurance...I could see it

    for gains in strength and size...nope just building up lactic acid getting the pump. Don't take any more advice from that someone.
