I was about 135-140lbs a year ago (18yrs old) now I'm 165-170lbs (19yrs old). It's been almost exactly 12 months apart since these two pictures were taken. I basically ate lots and lots for 7 months and surfed, NO WORKING OUT and noticed I got quite a bit thicker. When I started working out (5 months ago) I was about 140-150lbs (not really sure) but here I am 5 months later at 165-170lbs. My goal is to gain at least another 15-20lbs in 6months, I'm trying to stay consistent with a very very clean bulking diet so I don't look fat at all (+1lb per week).
To be honest, it's really hard to tell. Those are two completely different poses.
From what I'm guessing your back would look like in the first pic, it looks like it might be slightly bigger in the second, so you've made progress.
Start taking loads more pictures, in as many different poses as you can (and in the same light, against the same background, if possible). I really can't stress that enough. Believe me, you'll thank me later!
