last one here.
The last 8 weeks I have been bulking, using TP PT. My journal can be found here:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hreadid=271795
I have gained 4lbs so far, nearly all of which has been muscle. I think.
Any guesses on my BF? The calipers(9 point test) say about 13-14%Bulking.

Proppy, how could I improve my posing? What are my weaknesses?
On the posing front - just play around. Spend a lot of time in front of the bathroom mirror. Experiment, and find out what angle makes each muscle look best. Then take some photos, and look at them critically for poses that still need work. Practise, practise, practise!
But some tips for starters:
- In the side tricep, your arm should be right down by your side - not sticking out behind you. It looks like you may be a bit tight through the chest/front delt region. I have this problem too, and it can make it hard to get the shoulder back far enough to do this pose properly. Don't worry - just start stretching now! Flexibility is a major playor in some of these poses.
- In the front/rear DB, have a fiddle. Try bringing your arms and shoulders forward, which will bring out your lats. The amount of bend in your arms should be somewhere between front DB pic A and B. Rotate your hands back/elbows forward to maximise your bicep peak.

Comprehensive video clips and photos give you the basics to all the mandatory poses. Awesome resource.

These are just still photos, but the text accompanying them provides a good explanation.

Fairly random list of points to consider, but they're good points, and it's always interesting to see what a pro suggests.
Hope this helps.

hey meathead, I'm new here but know a little bit. Looking good man, nice abs by the way. Back looks pretty good, lats need to extend down more, try more cable rows Other than that, keep it up, like Aitaronz said though, your protein need grows with your weight so keep that in mind as you grow. Eat like an animal.
You don't know what you have until it's gone.
A bad day for you probably isn't that bad.
Be thankfull you're not here.

Definitely can see a change - and it looks like you've lost some body fat too. In fact, you might want to have another look at your diet to make sure you're getting enough - remember, the bigger you get, the more you have to eat. So your diet has to grow at the same rate you do.

My diet is very precise, I carb cycle as so:
every day:
190-220g protein
45-70g fat
then on high carb days (4xper week) I have 600g carbs
on low carb days (2x per week) I have 165g carbs
on no carb days (once a week) I have <30g
it works out at ~2000calories over maintenance a week. So I should gain 0.5lbs a week.Bulking.
