The makers of Kre-Alk have this chart on their website where it looks like creatine turns into creatinine within seconds. But I listened to Dan Gastelu today and according to him it doesn't happen within seconds or even minutes. Does this mean that the Kre-Alk guys are lying?

Creatine, like just about everything begins decaying almost imediately. However, from my experience and what I've heard, as long as you don't let it sit in any liquid for hours on end it is just fine. Could be different for CEE or Kre-Alk, but I don't think they would be so horribly different from Mono. Hope this helps.

It is far better to read than to post, because you learn more. Well that and too many people post worthless threads because they have never heard of the search button.
