I'm having a hard time adding cardio into my workouts. My legs are usually out for a few days and I can barely move them when I get on the treadmill. What's the way to build mass while keeping your cardiovascular endurance?

I'm on a rotation work out program.
This week
Mon- Chest, Shoulders and Tri
Tue- Legs, abs
Weds- off
Thus- Bi, back, forearms
Fri- Chest, Shoulders and Tri
Sat- off
Sun- off
Next week
Mon- Legs
Tues- Bi, back, forearms
Weds- off
Thurs- Chest, Shoulders and Tri
Fri- Leg
Sat- off
Sun- off
So most weeks I only workout Legs once a week until I rotate to the week with 2 leg workouts.
