220 lbs to 180 lbs whats my body fat %. Ive been trying to reach the goal of 160 lbs now for about 4-5 months roughly. Changed diet and been doing intense cardio 1 hour a day or more. I havent been lifting weights.
Whats my body fat % roughly and how far do I have to go and what would help?
Height 5'8 21 years old
Pictures about as good as its gonna get. Dropped camera on the floor switch is loose "Note" the tape wrapped around the camera.

Hard to tell for most people in pictures, impossible from that picture. I'd suggest a fat loss lifting program like Waterbury's 10x3. If you keep losing without adding any muscle you're going to be skinny fat, where you'll be 160lbs but still not happy with what's in the mirror.
