Stats:
27 year old female
130 punds 17% BF
increasing calorie intake, targeting 1400.
macros for the day 30%prot (107grs prot), rest on fat and 5% carbs (tipically I eat 3% carbs)

TUESDAY 5TH JUNE
Multivitamins, calcium, q-10, manesium, picolinato cromo, triple lecitina, essential fats.
around 3lts water, plus some cafeine free tea
7am. 3egg whites, 20grs izopure zerocarb prot powder, 1 spoon flax seed. Butter. descafeinated coffee.
8am. 50 min workout gym (leg pretty though, no cardio)
10am. 2 egg whites, 10grs izopure zerocarb prot powder, 1/2 spoon flax seed. Olive oil and tuna
1pm. 2 egg whites, 10grs izopure zerocarb prot powder, 1/2 spoon flax seed. Olive oil and tuna.
3pm. 2 small chicken thighs, cup lettuce, olive oil.
6pm. 1oz chicken breast, 20grs avocado.
Up to know I've had my 107grs of protein. I need to have two more meals, so I'll try to have a little protein and have more fat into those. Will plan my menu for tomorrow in advance.
