    What else for breakfast???

    I usually eat two cups of oatmeal for breakfast but that doesn't fill me up, what else should I eat for breakfast on top of that?

    do you only have 2 cups of oatmeal? do u have any source of protein? maybe add 2 cups milk and some whey

    well then eat more! add eggwhites, more oatmeal maybe? a piece of fruit. i mean if you are stilll hungry, by all means eat. breakfast and post post workout is when u need the most amount of calories

    Hmm, Not a big egg fan at all, I used to eat raw eggs cause I can't stand them cooked.

    Why not

    whey protein
    2 cups of oatmeal
    DIY tuna sandwich
    10 ounces of low-fat milk?

    Or 3-4 cups of oatmeal if the sandwich is too much hassle.

    Oh yea, or an apple!

    The natural sugar found in fruits is NOT the same as added processed sugar found in things like candy bars. Further more, apples have a very low GI (so they won't spike your blood sugar like processed sugars will). Eat fruit.
