Any decision you make to do or not do something that might cause vascularity should be done for yourselves, not us ladies. Something that takes that much work, is a bit different from deciding to go with or without body hair (in reference to another post).
I think vascularity is impressive...but it's not normally something I factor in to how attractive a guy is.

cool i wasnt asking this question for myself to control my vascularity.. im letting it do whatever it will do.
I was just wondering because my friend who works at the ymca and lifts, his girlfriend told him his bicep veins were so disgusting and that she hated it. Just wondering how other girls felt about it!

I think that it shows hard work on men. I know that the vascularity comes and goes with diet, temp, and other things.
I just don't like it so much on me! I sometimes feel like a guy after a workoutkathyfit

id say Arnold had about the right amount. Enough to look badass but not a bunch of squiggly mess. Even in contest shape it was never ALL veins http://www.bodybuilding-pics.com/pho...cat=43&id=3330
just basically the one huge cable in each arm...some in the 4 arm..not much else http://www.bodybuilding-pics.com/pho...cat=43&id=3971
me, I have been fat for so long its nice to see some 4arm veins recently. Ill have to lean out more to even remember if I have any veins. Ive been "bulked" since like Reagan was in office or something
IMo the attached pic is basically bad-ass. Thick powerbuilding look...just enough vascularity"Humility comes before honor"

DOOOOD!!! NOOO!! *ACKACKACK* Okay, other than the Ahnahld pics and the last one...those other two guys look like they've busted something loose and the things are running amuck! Sure, they've prolly worked their butts off to look like that...but...man. Looks like an airline waiting to bust! But some is kind of sexy to me. And I like my own vascularity...I've got a little vein coming over the tops of both hip bones and my arms are getting a little vascularity too. My hands have always been very vascular, I think it's genetic, mom's the same way. But yeah, it is kinda like our own little badge of experience

I have one big vein on the back of each forearm and my arms get get rather veiny after working out. I also have some on the back of my calves and around my hip bones. It doesn't bother me unless people start freaking out about it. I don't find it unattractive or attractive on men. I just think it looks cool. I'm obsessed with anatomy and biology, so not much about the human body grosses me out. hehe

I think moderate vascularity on men is super hot, too much and it just begins to be unflattering. It takes a lot of hard work & discipline to achieve a body that would show much vascularity, and that alone is an attractive quality, not to mention there are generally some nice bulging muscles to go with the package.
Of course, you're preaching to the chior here. LOL

Well, if you are competing then you want it, if your not, who cares. Its nice to see it, It really lets you know where you're at with everything, but toooooo much is really gross, I'd normal vas is pretty freakin hot tho, that means you work hard to get those muscles

Take it for what you will
I had one girlfriend who couldn't stand them thought they were hideous
And another one who thought they were completely irresistible used to play with them all the time
But it does take strict hard work to get them, so I suppose they really are an excellent barometer towards your dedication to the effort

I love it, but then again I love BB physiques in general, which most people don't like. To me, it's great because I know what it takes to get there and have a tremendous amount of respect for it. And I love it when I get some veins popping too, I know it means I'm doing something right!NASM Certified Personal Trainer

I like a few veins, especially in the forearms, biceps and abs.
I have a vein in my stomach that sticks out when I get to a certain leanness. I love it personally, because it's a good indicator of progress. I hate when it goes away. My husband on the other hand thinks my stomach vein is disgusting. LOL. Oh well.
