    Good for bringing up chest?

    Hey, Im trying to bring my chest up more (its lagging), so this is a split I developed. I do cardio everyday, size is not my main concern, its more of an issue to be toned and proportionate. Here it is:

    Sun-Cardio
    Monday-Upper/flat chest exercises/30min cardio/abs
    Tues-Back/30min cardio
    Wed-45min cardio/abs
    Thurs-Legs-possible cardio, usually no.
    Friday-Chest (lower), tris, shoulders, 30min cardio/abs
    Sat-rest day

    My diet is pretty good. Cardio alone days are done on an empty stomach, followed by a protein shake and oatmeal, then balanced meals every 2-3 hours from there.

    On weight days I have the shake and oatmeal an hour before the workout, then immediatley after I have a protein shake with either honey or coffee, or both, then eat 1.5hrs later, then from there its every 2-3. I dont eat junk food. Mainly tuna, eggs, salmon, oatmeal, chicken, and sometimes whole grain bread, oh, and a ton of natural peanut butter.

    ok first of all you say you want to bring you chest up, then you say you size is not your main concern. so do you want to add size or get cut?

    also fasted state cardio isn't a good idea imo

    Incline Bench press and dips will hit your chest really good. I think twice a week is good since you are emphasizing that muscle group.

    im with tetsuo, i never run on empty stomach

    Ok

    Yea, well, I dont want sie, but I want my chest to look like it fits the rest of my body, so I dont know if this is size, tonning or both. As for the fasted cardio, whats good to eat beforehand and how long before? Im guessing something like oatmeal.....

    there's no such thing as "toning". You can put on size (bulk) or lose size (cut)....

    Its good to have something in your stomach before your cardio... at the very minimum a protein shake. Oatmeal alone is not very good. But if you add 30g of protein, in the form of eggs, it would be better...

    Maybe a picture of your upper body, front view, would help us help you better. Since you don't know what you want for your chest.
