    Gonna head to the gym and do a Gaspari killer back work out. I plan to go back tonight and do chest

    Back routine
    Hoist Lat pull downs 4x1-12 last set drop set
    Low cable rows 4x10-12
    Close grip pull downs superset /w standing cable pullovers 4x10-12
    Hammer rows 4x10
    T bar rows 4 x10 last set drop set
    one arm db rows 3x10-12
    dead lifts 4x12x8

    I do the chest and back split also. I do 4 chest exercises and 4 back exercises. 4 sets of 10 on each exercise. If im feeling good that day I might even superset them.
