Is cell tech worth it or not? If everyone agrees not, then what is a good creatine to take with dextrose as a post workout drink? Also looking for ANYONE who has tried Biotest's Myostat or MAG-10. I'm thinking about trying MAG-10, but haven't heard too many opinions about it. Last opinion question, whats a good type of protien, I've been taking optimum protien, but have been thinking about trying Methoxypro... anybody use it? thanks, -Dan

I really hate to do this, but use the search function. You will get plenty of answers...
anyway, any creatine will do. Creatine is cheap nowadays...
I used mag-10, and liked the results a lot. You'll get contradicting answers on this board about that supplement, but I definitely gained quite a bit of mass off of it...

It's your call. But when you have 5000 plus posts from respected bros on this board(and others) telling you it's overpriced crap and 20 posts from *******s and scammers telling you it 1750% better than regular creatine,it is easy to make the right call.As always, the search button will steer you in the right direction.Good Luck.Refer to BigCat's artices on protien for more info.

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds. ~Henry Rollins

Hi
I have recently taken the journey to try "Cell-Tech". I strongly advise you, NOT to take it. What i experienced is not funny at all, my left testicle ruptured with all the testosterone that was being produced, I now have a deformed testicle sack and the testosterone of a child that has not hit puberty yet.
Highly disprove of this product.
