Alright I have spent years yo-yo dieting and it doesn't work. I have a awesome diet and exercise plan. Though, I tend to get lazy and temptations lead me to cheating. Hence, I need to shape up and follow it correctly. I will post daily updates on my progress and workouts. I am doing this to help me stay focused.
Diet:
Breakfast:egg whites. 1/2c oats. 24g whey.

Lunch: tuna in mayo, salad(lettuce) + carrots
calories - 250

carbs - 0

Snack: Salad(regular lettuce) + carrots. chicken breast. 1/2c oats.

carbs - 27
protein - 49
Postworkout: 48g whey, 1/2c oats, green apple.
calories - 515
fats - 6
carbs - 65
protein - 53
Snack: Salad + carrots, 1/2c oatmeal. chicken breast.
calories - 350
fats - 7
carbs - 27
protein - 42.5
Dinner: chicken breast, salad + carrots. 1tbsp olive oil.
calories - 330
fats - 17
carbs - 0
protein - 44
TOTALS
Calories - 2174
Fat - 52 (23%)
Carbs - 153 (25%)
Protein - 276 (53%)
Exercise:
Run in morning or some other kind of cardio. Workout in afternoon. I will post the exact reps and stuff when I do it.
My goal is to go from approx 15%bf to 8% in a month.

Good news: I have been following my diet perfectly for hte past two days!
I feel better, look better and my confidence has risen. I have also made an addition to my diet. I added some vasopro and caffeine. I will start out with 25mg vasopro and 200mg caffeince a day for bout 3 days then double it. I have been feeling tired lately and this is sure to help and with the fat loss. I promised myself to never cheat again for a whole month. I think there will be amazing results in 30 days with my ultra clean diet and good workout program.

Today was good. I had to change my meal schedule because of school and work. So I had my post workout meal after lifting in between breakfast and lunch. I also skipped my second post workout meal. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I took two sets of 25mg vasopro and 200mg caffeine. I am feeling great. I don't really have the desire for junk food after two days. Withdrawl?

Feeling awesome! It has been four days perfectly on this diet and I am feeling and seeing the results. My stomach is tighter and I feel slightly leaner all around.
I woke up this morning and ate breakfast (oats and whey). I took 50mg ephedrine and 400mg caffeine (I am going to spread those out more because of its half-life). I only did 25min cardio because that EC stack was too much for me. I lifted today also and ate all my meals correctly. It is so easy NOT to cheat because I am loving the results so much that I would never want to ruin them. Plus I just don't desire junk anymore. sweet!
