The most u can gain is 1 or 2 pounds a week, but 34 pounds in 28 days is highly ridiculous...

I believe that the 2 pics could be 28 days apart. Like others have said, shave, tan, flex, pump, etc...but there's no way in hell he gained 28lbs of MUSCLE over that time period...

if you read about the colorado experiment (funnily enough this guy did the same programme). Casey viator gained 64lbs of pure muscle in the same time frame, though that was all from muscle memory and his crazy genetics it is possible for the body to grow at a crazy rate

that's heyzeus talking. my response: do you ever see pop-ups or ads for the store while surfing the misc? only thing i ever see is the "Save up to 50%" in bold above each window but that's hardly intrusive.

if you don't venture out of the forums, you'll rarely encounter an ad or a company rep/bb.com rep supporting stuff, let alone having stuff crammed down your throat.

oh yeah i agree, but i was mostly talking about the articles part which i'm sure most newcomers read before they even touch the forums.

we're quite lucky to have the forums the way they are with very little ads and no pop-ups.

Viator admitted to using steroids during the Colorado Experiment. Also, he wasn't gaining new mass, but regaining mass he lost after a motorcycle (IIRC) accident. It's a completely different scenario.

Although

Muscle mass increased 174% (12 days), 196% (16 days), 225% (20 days), 264% (24 days), and 318% (28 days).
