    pretty sweet meal!

Is it just me or do you get bored of the same old crap each meal time? I do, there is only so much plain chicken breast and pasta you can take. well i was doin my shoppin last tuesday (as you do) and i noticed some uncle bens sweet and sour chicken sauce. i got 2 chicken breasts (i ate 1 and 1/2), then some rice and went home and had a go at cookin it. the whole thing took no more than 15 mins to cook, tasted really nice, and i had about 60g of protein in that meal, and all for 4 (which aint even out of my owb pocket).

Thats pretty frickin sweet! i wish i had found em sooner, there are lots of different flavours, and its a piece of piss to cook!

If any of you have an easy to cook, high protein meal idea (besides gettin ya mum to cook it) please post.

LOL AT £4 that's alot bro, if your eating that 6 times a day thats pricey.

    6 cans of tuna = £1.75

How bout u eat 1 and half cans of tuna with rice and some dips with each meal? gonna save much more money.

Get some tomato sauce of BBQ sauce or something.

Heinz BBQ Sauce has 12 calories, and trace fats per serving (less than 0.1g) and makes that same old chicken taste different

(check each individual sauce though, some are worse than others)
