dude this is a lifestyle change, i know that if i continue to eat healthy i'll reach my goals. i'm taking everything in stride

fasted 30 min bike
Chest day, went heavy as possible

i really need to find a new form of cardio, the bike has gotten a bit boring, and my butt is getting sore

there, i weighed in this morning and i'm at 218

that's 12 total in 21 days

looks like i'll be at a gym (LAC) for the time i'm home, which means i won't have to lug all my weights home. big pain in the ass, but for $88, it's still worth it
