    Question HELP Diet plant ??

    Hello,
I was wondering if it is a good idea to get on a diet where i would only have an in-take of protien shakes, ect(any protien supilment). and also take some source of multivitamin pill. When im on this diet im going to start a good work out plan which includes cardio and weight training. Do you guys think its a good idea or am i looking for a hospital?

NO it is not ok!!!,, a healthy diet consists of protein fat and carbs. try to get most of your protein from whole foods like tuna, chicken, egg whites, turkey. for carbs stick with healthy choices like oats, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, sweet potatoes, 100% whole wheat bread, and for fats which your body really need also go for some flax or fish oil, also natty peanut butter, almonds, nuts, extra virgin olive oil. I dont know what your plan is whether its bulkin or cuttin, but either way your body still needs protein fat and carbs.

Horrible idea. Your body needs real foods. I agree with bulkin' up 100% on this.
