Man, after pretty much every session of Cardio within 15 minutes of getting in the house My ass is on the toilet dropping brownie bombs like its going out of style?? Is this normal? I mean it seems pretty consistant after cardio!

LOL, well since you put it that way. Actually it is very normal. Especially if its in the morning or a little bit after you've eaten. Simply because your body is using all the energy and doing what it usually does in overtime during your cardio. Its totally normal, no worries.

I don't know how intense your cardio sessions are but if it is pretty intense you may have an electrolyte imbalance. Signs of electrolyte impalance include fatigue, tremors, diarrhea, and nausea. If your cardio isin't very intence, chances are it's not an electrolyte imbalance.
The following are electrolytes:
Sodium
Potassium
Calcium
Magnesium
Chloride

My cardio is HIIT so it is pretty intense, i do drink a lot of milk so im not sure if its my electrolytes, but it sounds like it a bit (i'll spare u the signs I have, because I REALLY doubt you want to hear me describe my doodoo). 20 minutes of hiit combined with 5 minutes of intense pushing and forcing on the toilet makes for a good workout!
