Looks great. I like my Animal Packs, but this cuts down the number of pills and I can finally get rid of my horse-tablet sized Chondroiton/Glucosamine that I also take PWO.

I'm really glad you guys left out iron. Iron poisoning is bad news bears.

I hate to do this but it is inevitable......pak versus OT :P

Both has some things that the other doesn't (just a list right off the top of my head without going too deep into the comparison)


What OT has that pak does not:

the joint compound
100% beta-carotene in vitamin A
Vitamin K
the anti oxidant compounds (from fruit extracts it looks like, also lycopene and lutien which are nice additions cause I am not the biggest veggie fan :P)


What Pak has that OT does not:

Aminos
fatty acids (these are omegas 3-9s which are easy to get anyways)
preformance optimizer (notably comprised of ginseng and L-caritine)


Also both digestive compounds are completely different it looks like with completely different ingredients.

I would guess maybe a methoxyisoflavone compound would be next up to bat. Its bascially the only thing they have missing from their line up (and the results on methoxy are still not that concrete) besides their own protien blend.

Ya it isn't a big deal on the aminos. Quite frankly i get enough aminos. If CL were to incorparate aminos into their pills it would be too big and would have to be a supository.

Naw, for me a digestion complex is more important. I can bench 335 without a single elbow or shoulder ache, however I can't eat a meal without getting bloated and farting---IMO i need digestive help more than joint help

I am the same way (except for squatting without a belt at 455 gives me slightly lower back pain and tightness).

But over time weights start to take there toll. So while joint supps dont seem like a big deal its kind of like an investment i would think and pays divedends over time, especially if you lift heavy all the time. (I also did state in an earlier post that i do not take a joint supp either)
