ok, so yesterday i tried somw 2 fingered pull ups, that is 2 fingers on each hand.. and as i did the 3rd one, when i came down, there was 2 pops from each hand , and my forearms and wrist started to hurt.. i can still move my fingers.. but they hurt at times , what do you think happened in the process.?

Just strained it, they should be fine within a week. When I was rock climbing pretty seriously, I got super good at gimmicky pull-ups like that--6-8 reps with 1 finger on each hand.
Regretted it IMMENSELY within a few weeks. It's far too much strain, I'd recommend not doing them anymore. They just look cool, you're not getting any benefit from them, and you're just going to mess yourself up.BP: 280
