    are squats, leg press, and weighted lunges enough for legs?

    and maybe done once a week with very high intensity...i have it basically that im wokring chest back and arms twice a week...but i dont have much time since its a long workout...i wanna get legs done on my off day but go nuts...ideas?

    the leg presses and lunges are not the best exercise choices. if you're just looking for a good, quick workout, just do something like this:

    x sets of squat
    x sets of front squat (or leg press)
    x sets of sldl
    x sets of calve raises

    just do a few sets of each and (depending on your sets/rest times) you can be out of the gym in 30 minutes.

    but just out of curiosity, why everything twice/week except legs?

    no. most of us prefer traditional deads on back day and straight leg deads for hammy work

    standard deadlifts utilize more quads and less hamstrings than sldl's.
