Hey guys, just saw an article that pretty much said that you shouldnt eat any fruit at all if your trying to shed fat , particularly if you are at a high % body fat! For some reason it seemed to suggest you can get away with eating a little bit of fruit if you are lean!
Anyways, iam trying to cut fat at the moment and while i seem to be doing so slow and steadily, I do eat fruit, Iam eating more in recent times then i was! But i usually have it in a smoothie, For example, Pear, grapes, apple, spinach, kale celery and some hemp seeds!!
Iam asking two questions really.
1, Is fruit bad to eat if your goal is fat loss ?
2, If your consuming some fats with your fruit doesnt that slow the digestion of simple sugars found in fruit or am i mistaken? If so then wouldnt that stop your insulin from spiking?
